#14. THE SALESMAN
"Smoke? Smoke? Waddyaneed?”
The loitering men with careful eyes in the Park’s west end are still doing business.
Smoking marijuana is technically no longer illegal. But selling it is.
I stop one salesman and ask:
“What are you going to do when they start opening cannabis
stores?”
He smiles slyly.
"Some guys will always want what I got.”
Makes no sense to me but I guess he knows his business.
