#20. FOUNTAIN BIRD FLIPPER 

The fountain is the heart of the Park, and it always attracts visitors and New Yorkers. 

Today it attracts the Wacko of the Week. He stands high on a pillar at the edge of the fountain for 10 minutes. 

 First, he drops trou and moons the crowd. Then he just scowls, daring all to look at him. 

So. I’m surprised when I aim my camera at him. 

 He flips me the bird. Wait. Doesn’t he want his 15 minutes of fame?
